Sowing & growing

Sow Angelica seeds inside Feb-May after cold stratifying in the fridge for 4-6 weeks prior. Alternative sow Sep-Nov outside where they will stratify naturally during Winter. Cover seeds lightly as they need light to germinate. Transplant early as they do not like root disturbance.

Aftercare

Grow in moist but well draining soil, they are a good companion plant for cabbages. The entire plant is edible.
