Sowing & growing

Sow indoors all-year-round by firming seeds onto the surface of moist seed compost. Great for microgreens or baby leaf salad. Alternatively sow direct outdoors in very shallow drills between May-Jun and harvest young leaves, or once plants are larger use leaves like spinach. Can also be grown as an ornamental for it's interesting foliage.

Aftercare

For microgreens sow every 2-3 weeks, or every 4-6 weeks for regulalr baby leaves. Keep well watered.
