Harvest
Sowing & growing
Spread seeds over a flat, firm surface of compost in tray or recycled container. Sow densely, avoiding large clumps. Firm small seeds into the surface and do not cover. Water with a spray bottle to avoid dislodging seeds. Trays can initially be stacked, once germination begins place somewhere warm and bright.
Aftercare
Water with a spray bottle regularly but to avoid mould don't make them too soggy. Harvest when large enough – bagged greens can keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.
