Flowering
Sowing & growing
Sow in-situ from April to May. Sow seeds thinly, 10mm deep drills in well-prepared fine soil. Alternatively sow inside in trays or pot of seed composts, and plant out when large enough to handle. Seeds can also be sown in Aug-Oct and kept protected under glass for the winter for an earlier flowering display the following year.
Aftercare
Keep picking or deadhead to extend the flowering period.
