Sowing & growing

Sow under cover March to May in trays of moist compost 3mm deep, then cover with a fine layer of compost or vermiculite. Keep soil warm during germination. Prick out into individual pots when large enough to handle. Plant out only after risk of frost has passed, 30cm apart. Can also be sown directly where they are to flower May-July

Aftercare

Pinch out tips for bushier plants with more flowers. Deadhead regularly for flowers all summer long.
