Flowering

Sowing & growing

Sow inside Feb-May in pots or trays with seed compost and lightly cover with a thin layer. Keep at 21°C until germination, then prick out the seedlings when they are big enough to handle. Grow on in cool and light conditions and plant out after the risk of frosts have passed. Alternatively sow directly where they are to flower in May-Jun.

Aftercare

Keep well watered until established and deadhead regularly to encourage continued flowering. Pinch out tips of younger plants to encourage bushier growth with more flowers.
