Sowing & growing
Sow direct in rich moist soil in Mar or Jul-Oct, either an even spread of seeds or rows 15cm apart. Cover lightly with 3mm of soil. Germination should take 1-2 weeks. Protect seedlings from birds and slugs.
Aftercare
Protect during very cold spells with a cloche or fleece.
