Sowing & growing
Sow all year round, by adding one tablespoon of seed to a sterilised sprouting jar. Soak the seeds in tepid water for 12 hours and drain. Rinse twice daily with fresh water (room temperature), drain excess and keep sprouting jar at room temparature.
Aftercare
Once ready to harvest in 5-6 days, the sprouts can be submerged in a full bowl of water to help remove hulls. Hulls should float to the top and can be skimmed off.
