Sowing & growing
Sow 3-5mm deep into moist seed compost Dec-May. Keep at 18-20°C. Germination in 7-21 days. Do not allow to dry out. Either grow on outdoors after frosts or keep as a windowsill crop. Chillies can be produced in ~60 days from germination.
Aftercare
Harvest young chillis when green, or when red and mature fror a fiery flavour. 40,000 Scoville rating.
