Sowing & growing
Sow onto the surface of moist seed compost Jan-Apr and place into a warm propogator at 20-25°C. After germination in 2-3 weeks transplant into individual pots of good quality compost. Grown on undercover, for an outdoor summer crop plant out after frost have passed and the weather is mild.
Aftercare
Provide plenty of support for this vining plant. Try to pick leaves when younger for more tender leaves and before they can go bitter.
