Tall annual with white, trumpet-shaped flowers and lovely evening scent. Grows in sun or semi-shade and is great for pollinators and wildlife. The elegant flowers are good for cutting and last well, but wear gloves to handle as the foliage and stems may cause irritation.

Sowing & growing
Sow under cover from Feb-April in moist seed compost. Do not exclude light as it is required for germination at 18-22 C. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into individual pots. Once the risk of frost has passed, acclimatise the plants before planting out, spacing 50 cm apart.
Aftercare
Water well a couple of times a week and deadhead if you do not wish for the plant to self-seed.
