Mibuna, Mustard Red Giant, Pak Choi Shanghai, Komatsuma Tender Green, Mizuna, Chinese Cabbage Wong Bok
Grow something different and colourful to add to your salads or stir fries. A much fresher option than buying salad leaves from the supermarket in a bag. If you keep picking the small baby leaves, they will keep coming.

Sowing & growing
Sow undercover March-July in modular cells, pots or guttering. Sow finely and lightly cover. Harvest baby leaves as they come or thin out for larger plants. Acclimatise outdoors before transplanting outside when risk of frost has passed. Sow directly April-Aug in shallow drills, keeping the rows 30cm apart.
Aftercare
Water well during dry spells to prevent bolting.
