This variety is the first F1 hybrid Parsnip, it has excellent canker and disease resistance and produces large, high quality roots with a smooth creamy skin and sweet, buttery flavour. Quick to mature and high yielding.

Sowing & growing
Sow directly where they are to grow Apr-Jun. Sow in drills 2mm deep, in well-prepared, stone-free soil. Germination can be slow, so ideally grow a fast catch crop such as Radish or Rocket between, as this will help mark the rows. Prefers a sandy soil.
Aftercare
Roots can be left in the ground until needed. Loosen surrounding soil with a fork before lifting to prevent damage.
