Harvest
Sowing & growing
Sow finely where they are to crop Feb-Sep. Sow in well-prepared soil 10-15mm deep, in shallow drills. Thin seedlings out to 2.5cm apart when large enough to handle. In harsh weather conditions, start seeds in greenhouse or protect with cloche. In hot weather, water regularly to prevent the roots splitting or the plants bolting.
Aftercare
Harvest when roots are young as required. Repeat sow as you harvest.
