Flowering
Sowing & growing
Sow indoors Sep-May in well drained compost, ideally in modules as they do not like root disturbance. Add light covering of seed compost and germinate at 15-20°C. Once germinated, grow-on in cooler temperatures. Alternatively sow outside Mar-May or Sep-Oct in prepared fine tilth, keep well watered and thin seedlings to 20-30cm apart.
Aftercare
Keep well watered until established, it's long tap root will then make it drought tolerant
