This easy to grow sweetcorn produces with 5-6 sweet-tasting baby corn per plant. Great in stir-fries and raw in salad. If left to fully mature they can be used as popping corn.

Sowing & growing
Sow under cover 2.5cm deep in individual pots between Mar-May. Once large enough harden off and transplant avoiding too much root disturbance after frosts have passed. Alternatively, sow direct where they are to grow between May-Jun 2.5cm deep 25cm apart in blocks, two seeds per hole and thin out the wekaest after germination.
Aftercare
For tasty mini corn harvest when 10-12cm long when tassels are still blonde. Keep well watered.
