Sowing & growing
Sow inside Feb-May in moist, well-drained seed compost. Lightly cover with a fine sprinkling of compost. Germinate in warm temperatures of 21-24°C. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant to pots and gradually acclimatise before planting out in frost-free conditions, 30cm apart. Alternatively sow in-situ outdoors by raking seeds into a prepared seed bed, once risk of frost has passed.
Aftercare
Regularly deadhead to encourage more blooms.
