Sowing & growing

Sow inside March-April in cells or modules to avoid root-disturbance when planting out. Seeds germinate at 15-25°C. Acclimatise and plant out 20-25cm apart when risk of frost has passed. Sow where they are to flower April-May, 3mm deep in prepared soil raked to a fine tilth. Keep watered.

Aftercare

Keep cutting and deadhead spent blooms to extend the production of flowers
