Sowing & growing

Sow inside from March-April in modular trays in order to avoid root-disturbance when pricking out or planting. Place trays at 15-25°C for germination. Once all risk of frost has passed acclimatise and plant 20-25cm apart. Alternatively sow where they are to grow in April-May, drills 3mm deep in prepared soil with a fine tilth and keep watered.

Aftercare

Cut flowers continually and remove any deadheads to encourage more blooms.
